Neil -- the trick is to do it out of hours.  The worst thing is to get
caught in one of the city rush hours.
I did the run to DEC training so many times I can do that run and
the ones to DC (a big vacation spot for me and a former site where I did
Unix training) and Baltimore  (where I go often) without any problems
other than trying to find good radio stations.
Worcester should be less than 5 hours if all goes well.
