Heck, if you want to count EMS, my old Zenith Z-159 could be expanded to
something like 6MB (4 cards _at_ 1.5MB/card). As I recall, upgrading
the first memory board (which contained the 640k to start) involved
replacing a PAL or two and just adding the chips.
