Wangtek tape drive

This drive and controller combination used an MS-dos program called
SYTOS. There are many versions of this program, each for a
particular hardware setup. Used to be, you could get it from
Wangtek, or Everex (I think).

Of course, this is all pretty much obsolete now; somebody bound to
have a copy somewhere. I think FreeBSD also supports this
tape/controller combination.
