i ordered my copy from Amazon books, see:

(placed the order Friday morning; the book was in my mailbox yesterday).
last night i got about 1/3 of the way through this 300 page book. lots of
good history there that would be of interest to many in this group,
including discussion of some of the more obscure contenders (e.g. "Video
Brain").
