The one I have is Model C010472, 9 VDC _at_ 500ma, and center pin positive.

Can't help with compatibility although the pinout for the Atari Joystick
is:

Pin 1 - Forward
Pin 2 - Back
Pin 3 - Left
Pin 4 - Right
Pin 5 - No Connection
Pin 6 - Trigger
Pin 7 - No Connection
Pin 8 - Ground
Pin 9 - No Connection
