If I had to live by that rule, I'm not sure where I'd put my collection.
The room that started out as a dining room now contains a couple of PC's,
a PDP8/e, a PDP11/44, a PET, an Apple ][, an FTS88, a PERQ, and a couple
of others. The living room contains a TRS-80 Model 3, HP150-II, etc... And
you don't want to know what's in the kitchen (well, apart from a few CP/M
machines, a 7' rack, etc, etc, etc).

I've not started using the bathroom yet, but I think there are computers
in just about every other space...
