Apple /// adoption

Today I adopted a 256k Apple ///. It has a single internal floppy drive and
two add-in boards from Titan Technology. One is labeled "///+//" and the
other is "///+//e". They are joined by a small 6-conductor ribbon cable and
one contains RAM chips. Any idea what these are?

Also, can someone point me to a good /// FAQ. Thanks!
