Schematics sites?

Hi List:

If not the schematics themselves, then how about a database indicating who
has what? Users could submit a list of what they have, and others could
search it for needed contacts.

This wouldn't be too tough to accomplish - if there's consensus then I
have an available machine that it could run on.
