The ST part of the above is a logo. If I recognized it I'd have mentioned
the actual name of the manufacturer. (: The other possibility is this:

Unlikely. The machine is a pizzabox configuration, with the entirety of
the mainboard in plain view. There isn't even mounting hardware for an
internal drive. There's just _nothing_ in the box.
