says it's a radio transmitter. I don't know how you'd reliably
transmit IR from a TV screen.
Brightness, maybe, like a DataLink watch. Come to think of it, the
first "dildonics" product for the web works like that: a little sensor
suction-cupped to the screen modulated a vibrator.
