Service manual for Tandon/IBM drives?

Does any one have a copy of a repair manual for the Tandon/IBM 5-1/4" drives
in the original IBM PC? The model# is Tandon TM1000-2A.

    I seem to have a short on one of the power supply lines, so I'm looking
tor a diagnostics tree.
