I've run into two others before but declined on them. One was really just

The screws in mine accomodate both hex and flathead drivers. No big deal
to get it open.

I found the Guide to Operations for it. Has the basic info about
it...system configuration, specs, basic operating procedures, etc.
I've only skimmed through the manual.
