I would be a bit concerned about the pressure drop across the HEPA 
filter.  Frankly, I am not familiar with them but a vacuum cleaner 
(centrifugal) blower is capable of rather greater pressure than a 
squirrel cage blower - which is designed for volume and not pressure. 
The volume of air from squirrel cage and HEPA could be insufficient to 
achieve the desired pressure and flow in the box.
