 Sorry to continue this off-topic thread but this is definitely my pet peeve !
I don't accept cookies so some pages I access I'll have to zap 2 or 3 cookie
notices and a banner before I can see anything. A vintage Mac page I was
perusing even did it when I clicked on"top of page" rather than scrolled up.
These guys are going to have to learn it's as counterproductive as spam is.
Unfortunately most of the AOL newbies accept it as the normal state of affairs.
I think a boycott list would be a good thing and might even catch the
advertisers attention.
