No way ! In ww1 a government got booted for trying that and even in
WW11 they didn't dare institute a full draft. Mind you we do have Corel
and a few others wwho haven't moved south yet.

 "Give us your tired,your poor, your huddled masses etc." that the US
rejects. We'll take anybody. All that empty space y'know. Unfortunately
because of the cold and the black flies and mosquitos we huddle for the
most part on a thin strip along the US border.
