old laptop BIOS???

Does anyone know how to access the BIOS of an old Toshiba 2200sx
laptop? It is Pheonix, but I can't tell what version, etc., as it
flashes on screen very fast. I need to set up the COM ports of this
thing and can't seem to figure it out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
