Help on Grid Laptop

I have a Grid 386 SX laptop which will not boot from a floppy (although the
floppy does work.)

It's got a Phoenix BIOS, although the usual Ctrl-Alt-Esc and Ctrl-Alt-S
don't bring up a setup program.

Was there a setup program? How do I get into it?
