Bzzt... wrong, and thanks for playing. Having been a part of the
Ultrix development group, I can assure you that Ultrix is NOT a layer
over VMS...
And as for the Digital Unix (previously DEC OSF/1), a very early version
of it ran on the mips machines, back when digital was still undecided
as to whether to support it on two architectures...
