After 12 years I no longer have the stock numbers memorized. I _think_
you've got a floppy controller. (The only Color Computer floppy
controllers I have on hand nowadays are third-party). The way to test
is to plug it into a Color Computer (no disk drive required) and see if
the screen comes up "Color Disk BASIC" instead of "Extented Color BASIC".
