I'm running like that now under Windows 98. That's one point FOR windows 98
at least. :)
The reason for the nubus question: We've got quite a few 10mbps network
cards that were pulled from Mac II machines, and quite a few IIcx and IIci
machines without them. I just wasn't sure about this, since I heard even a
Mac SE and Mac SE/30 couldn't swap cards.
Speaking of networking, if you own a bunch of older macs, another
alternative to an internal card is the Asante EN/SC series of SCSI network
adapters. I cam eacross one or two here at work and they work pretty good.
It's even got it's own SCSI ID number, and works just like a regular
network adapter card. Just thought I'd mention it.
