Almost on topic VMS 5.2 help please

Thanks to all who answered this question. I used Allison's enhanced
version of the procedure in the docs and it worked. There must be some
differences between systems as the procedure which didn't work with this
3100 worked perfectly well with my MVII.

It is up and running now, and once again the response received is a
testament to the wealth of knowledge on this list.
