need some parts

Joe,
        Please let me know what you find out from your friend. I know that one
is a type-5 mouse and the other I'm not sure about. The model number on
it is M4 and it is boxier than the type-5 mouse and it is also all one
color (buttons are the same color as the rest of the mouse).
