ePay revisited once more

Not to really drag this thread out anymore than needed, I need to mention that
a customer support person named Erin at eBay did email me last night and explain
the process in a manner that was understandable, unlike the page they post to
read. Maybe they ought to get Erin to rewrite the page?

I've already had dealings with the IRS scale when I was self employed, much the
same as Willy Nelson found (except that I did file!). Thanks for the help.
