And risk putting the local overpriced pooter shop out of business? Not in
most of these small, closed click towns. Many times the people involved in
the computer business make sure they're on the school appropriations counsel
so they can manipulate it to their own benefit since they know what the
budget is and can alter bids on new stuff to work into the budget. See it
here all the time, in a county of 17k and the surrounding similar counties.
