Eric, I think you ought to look at what you guys are doing differently to
make yours fail so much as compared to what we do. Are you guys
constantly exchanging disks? Are you storing them exposed (ie. not inside
their case?) Do you guys toss them to each other across 4 cubicles?
It seems like you have such a horrible failure rate, that if they were
THAT BAD then SyQuest would have gone under years ago. As it is, they
lasted for a long time and many people have used their Syquest drives for
many years with no problems.
What are you doing differently?
