Devices with 4004 chips

I have a pair of 4004's that I extracted from an ancient food scale
and non-UPC bar code reader. The scale was discarded from a local
restaurant c. 1987 because it was too gunked up with food residue
to clean, and I purchased the bar code reader at the Dayton Hamfest
when I was in High School (c. 1983).

So... look out for *anything* from before 1980 that might be a) simple
and b) computerized.
