Um... I did get a vaxstation 3100 to work with a multisync 4d (if memory serves)
once, although the cable setup eludes me, as does the exact model of vaxstation.
I THINK I used the vaxstation's cable and plugged each of the plugs into the
corresponding socket on the Multisync. This has all been a long time ago now
and it was a strictly "I wonder if this will work" kind of experiment so
naturally there was no documentation.
So there might be some small chance, depending on WHAT VGA monitor you want to
use, and whether you're willing to risk its life and health.
