Not recently...back in the mid 70s, I was at UCSD,
and got to give informal feedback to the developers of
UCSD Pascal during their original R&D. One of my housemates,
John Van Zandt was one of the students working on the
system (including the editor). The last I heard he was working
with highly parallel systems of some kind, at a joint venture in
Oregon with Intel and someone else.

The UCSD P-system was started by Dr. Ken Bowles, the director
of the UCSD computer center. The p-code they developed has
lived on, and remnants can be seen in the Java virtual machine!
