Osborne Floppy Drive compatability

OK I Thank everyone for the input.. Kaypro is no problem..

Then that brings me to the next question.
Can I do some modification to my old XT drive to get it to work on the
Osborne 01?
Understand the Power in the ribbon thing..
Does anyone have a pin-out if it can be done..?
