Monitor repair

Speaking of monitor repair, anyone have a good source for IBM monitor parts other than
direct from Ft. Knox, er, IBM ($$$)??? I have a G40 that works great except the nasty
rubber type controls strip with the mylar circuit behind it is dead and won't allow
any adjustments at all.
