 You might want to check out alt.bbs.internet where this is covered.
There's an existing program PPPBBS which does something like this.
I know it will work under Dos as well as WinDose . There are also many
programs to telenet BBS's such as COM-T. There is a local BBS who used to have
an I-Net feed of some sort who is running his BBS on an Atari 130XE Don't have
his info handy but I'll dig it up if you want. If you want more info I can send
you some stuff on PPPBBS and bbs int.
