IIRC: that is a 'standard' RL02 disk cartridge. 'Standard' in that there
can be defects in the surface that will not store data correctly. This
was compensated for by the operating system (in most cases).

In situations where the O.S. did not have the capability to manage media
defects, DEC also offered a cartridge designated 'RL02K-EF', where the
'EF' denoted 'Error Free'. (no media defects)
