I don't have specs for the A2094, but the chances that it can handle
the low (NTSC) scan rate of a Commodore 128 are between slim and none.

It's probably a fixed-frequency monitor, but even if it's not, they
usually won't go below 31 KHz horizontal, and NTSC is about 15.7 KHz.

On the other hand, even if it's a fixed-frequency unit, it would probably
make a good monitor on a PC running Linux, since you can configure XFree86
for any timing.
