Tough one!!!

Hi Mark
 If you look in your email header, there is a line that reads:

List-Unsubscribe:
<mailto:listproc_at_u.washington.edu?body=unsubscribe%20classiccmp>

You need to send to the right address: listproc_at_u.washington.edu
You need to have the body words: unsubscribe classiccmp

If this doesn't work, there is a problem with the list
server. Then you need to check the help part. Here is a
complete list of what is sent in every header for classiccmp
if you will just take a look:

List-Help: <http://www.washington.edu/computing/listproc/>
List-Unsubscribe:
<mailto:listproc_at_u.washington.edu?body=unsubscribe%20classiccmp>
List-Subscribe:
<mailto:listproc_at_u.washington.edu?body=subscribe%20classiccmp%20YourName>
List-Owner: <mailto:classiccmp-request_at_u.washington.edu> (Human contact for the
list)
List-Post: <mailto:classiccmp_at_u.washington.edu>

Take care
Dwight
