VisiCalc 1.0

I picked up a copy of VisiCalc today, complete with manual and
registration card. The manual says it's for 1.0 for the Apple ][ (1979),
but the reference card says version 1.35 of 9/79.

Does anybody know for certain if a version prior to 1.35 shipped? The web
tells me the first copy shipped in the fall of 1979, which is consistent
with the 9/79 date and 1.35 version.
