I prefer the method of the United Parcel Service (UPS) "call tag,"
where you can arrange to have a box picked up from someone else's
location at no charge to them. This reduces the effort to boxing
the equipment, and largely removes the complaint that it's tough
to get to the UPS / P.O. etc. office. I believe they can even
pick up something from the porch if you're not there.
