What version are you running? The licence generator at www.montagar.com/hobbyist
doesn't even ask what version of VMS you're running, and my impression is it
licenses everything up to 1 rev below the current version. As far as TCP
or other layered products, I think you're out of luck, but as many people have
pointed out, CMU/TCP is a viable option there, and I can't imagine it could be
any LESS stable than early versions of UCX. Note that they list their European
licensing counterparts on this site too.
