BTW, the pinouts for the 2102 is 1-a6,2-a5, 3-r/w, 4-a1,
5-a2,6-a3,7-a4,8-a0,9-gnd,10-vcc,11-din,12-dout,13-ce,14-a9,15-a8,16-a7.
So, what's the difference between the 2102 and 1101? 512 bits???
