CP/M was created in 1974. PC-DOS was released when the PC came out in
1981 (and created a bit earlier as QDOS).

The Xerox Alto was doing bitmapped graphics in 1973. The Imlac PDS-1 had
a memory resident display list for its vector graphics display in 1970. A
machine from III had similar graphics capabilities around the same time.
