Yes the same dec where a the teeshirt with:

 the slashed circle (no/not) with the letters "unix" in it.

the caption was: unix, the unsystem never had it never will and the DIGITAL
keys (white on blue blocks).

Right after I got mine ATT got DOD to go with unix as a standard... Then
all of a sudden unix was important.
