Windows 1.0?

and a MS employee gave the definitive answer in a thread last fall.
 There was no Windows 1.0 although Win 1.01 might have been labelled that
in the 1.01 vers which had limited issue in the US only. The first
international issue was v. 1.03. I surmise that there was also no v.1.02
