Help ID this RAM chip?

Well, not the first (or the last time). B^}

Someone offered that they recalled having come across that part somewhere
along the way in a configuration where they were intermixed with 2102
parts, so they suspected they were the same.

Last night just on a lark, after a little quick signal poking to make sure
that at least power was in the right places, I dropped a 2102 part in to
place for the deceased AMD part, and it seems to work.

No release of 'magic smoke', and I can read/write the bit... So...
