For either a C4P or a C4PMF, you need an OSI 540 REV-B
video board.
If you want a C4P, you need an OSI 502 (no REV)
CPU/Monitor and BASIC ROM/Memory board. You will
have two empty "slots" left over which could be
filled with additional memory boards.
If you want a C4PMF, you need:
1) an OSI 505 REV-B CPU/Monitor ROM/Floppy controler board.
2) one or more OSI 527 Memory boards (usually 24K).
3) an external 5 1/4 inch drive
4) OS-65D boot disk
Note: the C4P has BASIC in ROM. Power it up and it goes.
The C4PMF has only the bootstrap and a crude monitor in
ROM. You must have some OS to boot on it to make it do
anything.
> The second computer(?) is a OSI 600 cpu with keyboard onboard.
To get a Superboard II, you need a 5 volt PS and a composite
monitor.
To get a C1P, you need to get an OSI C1P case/PS.
To get a C1PMF, you need to get an OSI C1P case/PS and an
OSI 610 REV-C.

Looking for docs on the 630... I've never seen one.
The A15 goes on the back of the C4, I've never seen it
anyplace else. It might go with the 630, I don't know.
