Computers using a TV as the display

I don't know if I would wnt to connect a 'Tiny' PC to my TV even if it was free. I have had experience of their biuld quality, the worst case was when upgrading one of their machines for someone and after fitting the extra HDD I switched it on and the magic smoke escped because the spare 'idiot proof' power plug from the PSU was mis wired putting +12V where the drive expected +5.
