Check www.maxim-ic.com, their data is on-line. I didn't check GE/Intersil.
It is a 8 digit LED display driver. It says their part ICM7128 replaces
both ICM7218 and 7228, although these type parts can be confusing as the
pinouts and features vary greatly with the suffix, in this case A through D.
