You should be able to find instructions somewhere on the net for
making the conversion cable necessary to convert a standard PC
5 1/4 drive for use on an Amiga. I remember articles to this
effect ten years ago or so, as the Amiga Transformer PC emulator
was popular.

1541s are easy, again it's a matter of a cable. Somewhere in
my boxes of junk I have commercial adapters that did this, for
use in some kind of cross-platform disk reader. These days, the
emulator scene is so intense, they've found new ways to do it.
