From the American Heritage Dictionary:
ob-so-lete (?b1s?-lTt2, ?b2s?-lTt1) adj.
1. Abbr. obs. No longer in use: an obsolete word. See Synonyms at old.
2. Outmoded in design, style, or construction: an obsolete locomotive.
3. Biology. Vestigial or imperfectly developed, especially in comparison
with other individuals or related species; not clearly marked or seen;
indistinct. Used of an organ or other part of an animal or a plant.
Hmmmm, my -11's and VAXen and more importantly those of a lot of companies
don't fall into #1. As for #2 nope, they're still usable. As for #3 sure
it pertains to Biology, but I could swear it was talking about PC's!
