  Am I wrong in thinking that the ENIAC was a decimal machine? and
that the EDVAC broke ground by having a base-2 architecture?

  And was not the ATT/Bell System Relay Comuter bi-quinary?

  I'm at work and away from my books, and of course my head is full
of WOFM chips these days.
