Picking tubular locks

You just need the right tool. There is an ace "master" key which looks like
a tubular body but has inserts that can be slid down to create the necesary
pins and grooves. Stick it in, slide down inserts until all the pins are in
place (you can feel them "click", and then turn. I bought one from a lock
smith to remove an old bicycle lock that was locked around the phone box
(not from the phone company) in front of my house. (long story omitted)
