Find something that fits in the circular ventilation holes along the side.
Count holes from the back, in either the top (three holes) or second from
top (two holes) row.
Gently press into this hole. There is a plastic catch behind there. Don't
push _too_ hard, it will break. Lift the top a bit, then do the other
side.
Once both sides are free of the catch, the top will hinge forward
(carefully). If you've looked at the bottom, you will see the two plastic
fingers at the very front edge that you need to be careful of.
It's not as big of a nightmare as I've made it sound, but the plastic bits
WILL break if you really strongarm it.

Barring any cooling issues, if it's got a narrow interface (50 pin IDC),
and is the correct form factor, certainly.
